Focus is one of the important aspects while studying or doing any work. If you lose your focus then there is a chance of not giving your 100% on the work that you are doing. There are various reasons for the lack of focus, but there are equally various methods to tackle them.
First, write the problems that are causing the focus problem on a paper. Then break down the important tasks into smaller ones that are more manageable. By following this simple method, you can easily focus on your work.
To improve your focus levels, practice Vajrasana which improves the blood flow and digestion in your body and you will see a major change in concentration and focus levels. The asana also calms your mind and improves your memory and it is good for your nervous system as well.
