Good mental health can keep you healthy and help prevent serious health conditions. Good and positive psychological well-being can reduce the risks of heart attacks and strokes. Poor mental health can lead to poor physical health or harmful behaviors.
People with mental health conditions are likely to suffer from sleep disorders like insomnia, and other breathing problems. People with physical health conditions may also develop mental health conditions.
Mostly Psoriasis is a skin condition that is characterized by painful red sores on the skin. The disease is associated with acute stress and depression. If anybody is diagnosed with cancer or has a heart attack can also lead to feelings of depression or anxiety. This will lead to low mood, sleep problems, and a loss of interest in activities. Practicing regular exercises for keeping physically fit will help to improve your mood.
Eating a proper diet can make you feel better physically and mentally. Avoid Alcohol and smoking which can make you feel better. Get enough sleep for seven to eight hours, you can also take a 30-minute nap during the day to be more alert. Try out some relaxation techniques like meditation, and deep breathing which will help you a lot when you are feeling stressed. You can always talk with your friends or family members can help you feel less stressed.
